Jeff Robinson MBA, CMC
President and Lead Consultant

Jeff Robinson has over 27 years of international experience working with a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 100 companies: General Motors, Kraft Foods, and Coca Cola. He has assisted companies in a range of industry sectors: Energy, Consumer Packaged Goods, Travel &Tourism, Automotive, QSR, Financial Services, Technology, Real Estate Development, Professional Sports, Government, and Not-For-Profit.

Jeff is an accomplished executive with Canadian and International experience in marketing, strategic planning, operations management, and business development for large and small organizations. Jeff has been a shareholder, director, and executive in both public and private companies, and participated as an elected board member in several not-for-profit organizations. Jeff earned a CGA designation and a MBA degree. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Chris Randall MBA
Senior Consultant (Based in Calgary)

Chris works with business Start-ups and Small/Medium Enterprises (SMEs), including functional business units and departments of large regional or multinational organizations within the Technology, Energy, Manufacturing and Distribution, Government, Healthcare, Financial, and Consumer-Retail sectors.
Chris' strength is working with clients to develop and execute integrated business strategy leading to measurable results. He advises clients on business performance where the focus is on market analysis and strategic planning, product development and innovation, business development and customer loyalty, talent management and training.

Chris' ideal project is a blend of strategic analysis, business intuition, creative thinking, and leadership directed at meeting growth goals and strategic plans.

James Grieve BBA, BCom, MBA
Senior Consultant (Based in Kelowna)

James Grieve has over 20 years of business experience, specializing in business development, marketing, client relationship management, branding, and business planning. He has worked with companies in professional sports, service, tourism, and manufacturing.

James has an entrepreneurial spirit and is very familiar with the needs of small and medium sized businesses (SMEs). His experience in working with business owners enables him to work closely with them to define their strategic objectives, determine their goals and develop succession planning strategies. James has been a director and executive in a provincial crown corporation, and for medium sized private companies. James has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management, and an MBA degree.

Russ Rickey PhD
Senior Consultant - Digital Strategist (Based in Calgary)

Russ has spent the last two decades leading creative teams while writing, designing and strategizing for numerous internationally recognized clients including Infiniti, Nissan, Clorox, MTV, Sony Music, Disney, Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods and the Calgary Stampede.

While always keeping an eye on traditional marketing and communication channels, his focus has been digital with a wide array of experience creating and overseeing online, mobile and social media campaigns. He delivers strategic and tactical insight on digital marketing through understanding his clients' needs, their customers' wants, and the latest in industry trends.

And, with a PhD on digital writing and performance theory from the University of Calgary, Russ consistently provides a unique perspective on engaging audiences in a digital world.

Bridget Warner, MBA
Senior Consultant (Based in Vancouver)

Bridget Warner has over 15 years of experience in operations and data management, project management, direct marketing, client/donor management, and data analysis. Bridget has Canadian and International experience which spans the investment banking industry and not-for-profit sector. Bridget's work in the not-for-profit sector has included numerous causes including health, environmental, humanitarian, international development, and the arts. Bridget's efforts have contributed to increased effectiveness of organizations and the raising of millions of dollars toward social causes.

Bridget holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Management Consulting and is an alumnus of Leadership Calgary, a leadership development program of Volunteer Calgary
